The AIChE mentorship program exists to help freshmen, sophomores, and transfer students who want to have an edge in their academics and future career have a better understanding of their coursework. This is achieved through the recruitment of juniors and seniors who are willing to lend a hand and help their mentees start on a journey to a fulfilling education in chemical engineering. For the juniors and seniors, this is a chance to mentor upcoming students and help them with topics that you have mastered through experience and hard work.
